CUSTOM ENGRAVING STYLES:
Single Line Script
Single Line Script is a simple font that will work anywhere. Remeber though, the more you want to say, the harder it will be to read. There are many types of fonts to choose from to get the right touch and at D'Antonio & Klein, we're passionate about the art and the esthetics. If you need help, we will guide you through the do's and don'ts of engraving.
Double Line Script
Double Line Script is for simple bold statements. An anniversary date, someones name, saying "I love you", etc. Anything more and it becomes difficult to read.
A fancy font with flourishes, angles, and curves. This style will take up a lot of room so space will be limited. Advise for this style, keep it short and sweet.
Regular Block, easy to read, tends to be more lasting and durable, can be done easily.
Double Line Block
This style is the more masculine font. It appears robust, the upper and lower case are the same except for height.
Roman style is perfect for a names, initials, and dates. This style is engraved in uppercase only.
Extremely...old style like a diploma. Difficult to engrave, difficult to read. Still very unique depending on the owner of the jewelry. It does look good as initials.
Monograms of Interlocking Letters
Using the initials of your name with the last name's intial being placed in the middle. This is style and we always triple check not only the engraving request but to make certain you understand how it will look before we do anything.
Monograms of Circlular Letters
A more trendy stylization turning the letters into an oval or circular shape. Very nice on larger pieces, backs of broaches, charms, cases, lighters, etc. Not always recommended for rings. Small working surface.
